  Our shopping cart allows you to add and remove as many items to your cart electronically as you like while you browse our online store. When you are ready to check out you can view what is in your cart, add or delete items and select payment method. The total cost of your purchases with estimated shipping, when applicable, will be presented at this time. For items with shipping costs, the final shipping costs will be confirmed by phone or email for your approval.

All prices are FOB manufacture's location. There are several furniture shipping points of origin in the USA. Some of our furniture ships from the east coast. Packaging, handling, and freight charges are additional on some furniture items and will be quoted before the order is finalized. No C.O.D. shipments are allowed.

Customers from outside Canada and the USA please email us with details of your shipment and destination address so that we may provide you with a shipping quote on your order.

Freight Damage: It is the customer's responsibility to check all items upon receipt for obvious or concealed damage before signing any bill of lading. It is very important that the customer request that the carrier representative note on the bill of lading any damage incurred during shipping. All freight damage and loss claims are to be filed by the customer with the freight company immediately. If you do incur any damages during shipping, and need assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Return Policy: In order to return merchandise to Log Furniture Delights-Div of MPP, LLC customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from one of our Customer Service Representatives by calling 1-877-475-0123. All returns must have an RMA number printed on the outside of the package. Unauthorized returns received without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Products must also be returned in their original packaging. Cost of shipping the returned merchandise will be at the customers expense. Merchandise returned for customer convenience are subject to a 30% restock fee.
